Introduction to Health Economics

The course is designed for advanced students and professionals seeking recognized ECTS credits, and completion is awarded with a microcertificate.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Healthcare

The second course is Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Healthcare, which takes place from November 14 to December 19, 2025, every Friday from 14:00 to 17:50, also in room S309.

This course focuses on entrepreneurship in healthcare, collaboration and competition, efficiency of resources, licensing versus open-source models, the use of big data and artificial intelligence, electronic health records (EHR), e-health, digital health and telemedicine, new financing models, and workforce competencies and mobility.

Participants will again receive a microcertificate, and the course is designed for advanced students and professionals seeking recognized ECTS credits.

The course lectors are Dominik Grega and Martin Višňanský.
